About

As a certified coach and intercultural trainer I work with people in global business environments. I support them in developing their passion and purpose in life and at work. Whether they face the challenges of cross-cultural work, remote teams or are adapting to their new life abroad: I help them gain cultural awareness to build meaningful personal and professional relations.

I believe that cultural differences can be strategically used to develop people, teams, and organisations. My coaching and training will lead to personal growth and help my clients to develop their full potential.

I spent over 15 years in leadership positions in various industries managing small and extremely large multi-national teams. This is how I learned to communicate clearly. I know the challenges of cross-cultural communication and the cultural differences in leadership styles. My clients deal with a diverse work environment that is constantly moving to a more remote and sometimes isolated working style. I support leaders in staying engaged and committed and in fostering commitment, engagement and loyalty in their team members they rarely see in person.

My mission

My mission is to support people in creating a better life abroad and in improving their abilities to work better with others across cultural differences. I aspire to create a sense of belonging in everyone I encounter, show my true self and stay committed to my ideas and plans.

I currently live in Basel, Switzerland, and serve a lot of my clients online. I am an ICA Certified Professional Coach, a certified intercultural Trainer (BAMIK), and a member of FEW – For Empowering Women.
